When it is over 100 degrees out, there is nothing more refreshing than a cool cocktail. The watermelon spritz has become a go to drink come happy hour. Think ranch water with a little summer twist.
1 shot of your fave silver tequila (our fave is Codigo)
1 shot of watermelon juice (you can juice your own or buy from store)
Fill the rest of the glass with Topo Chico
squeeze of lime
garnish with melon ball and mint skewer for an added touch
With little to no effort you will sure wow your guests and be the hostess with the mostess. You can even scoop the melon balls out before hand so that the hard work is already done before your guests arrive. Cheers!
