Spring Reading List

After reading some books over the holidays, we created a list of our few faves that we know you would enjoy. Here are some book recommendations that are both easy, throw-in-your-beach-bag and strong page turners that tug at your heart strings.

Mackenzie's Rec:
Setting the Table is a must read for anyone selling any type of product! The way Danny Meyer talks about hospitality and customer relations is so inspiring and will change the way you think about your business. Also- huge fan of all of his restaurants in NYC. Drooled in a few chapters where he talked about Shake Shack 🤤.
Another one is Love Where You Live By Shauna Pilgren. It’s a great read for anyone moving to a new city or currently in a city they don’t love. Shauna is the queen of creating community no matter where you are. No excuses!

Madi’s Rec:
Educated is such an inspiring and heartwarming book of the dynamic of family and the will of a young girl to keep going.
The Tattooist of Auschwitz really stuck with me. If you are into WWII books this is one to read. A true story filled with love and a will to survive and overcome, that not even the worst of conditions can break.

Staley’s Rec:
Just finished Eleanor Olpihant is Alright. It was a recommendation from Mackenzie and it has been such an interesting read about a 30 year old woman, and I can’t seem to get enough of it.
Next on my reading list: Evie Drake Starts Over (a recommendation from Madi 😉).
